About SuperTruth

SuperTruth exists because the health system runs on unverified data.

We built the clearinghouse: DTI scores the record, DataSpine supplies the public record of every place in America, and VIGIL watches the agents that act on both.

Our manifesto

People first. Ethics second. Data last.

Health data carries real stakes. We put people before process and ethics before efficiency. That is the order of operations, not a tagline.

A doctor and patient in conversation, the human side of health data

“Each piece of data holds the potential for life-altering significance.”

The origin story

Why we built SuperTruth: promises made in hospital rooms.

“My father went for a routine check-up. They missed the recurrence on the PET scan. What killed him wasn't a lack of medicine. It was a data problem.”
Jason Alan Snyder

Jason Alan Snyder, Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer

“The researcher said: I can't give you a course of action, not because the data doesn't exist, but because the data is buried. My son has a rare lung disease. I built the answer before I knew I'd need it.”

How we build

Agents write the code. People decide what ships.

Most of the code behind this site and the platform is written by agents working from a written brief: a story in plain English that says what the reader must be able to do and how we will know it works. A person reviews every change before it ships. One rule holds for every page: no figure appears unless it carries its source and its year, and when the source holds no figure, the page says so. That is the standard we ask of health data, so it is the standard we hold ourselves to.

See what verified health data looks like.

Walk through the full pipeline: intake, DTI™ scoring, consent governance, and activation. Live data. 30 minutes.
