What we score
Three things we score before anything acts: the record, the place, the agent.
SuperTruth is the clearinghouse for health data. It never holds the record. Before a clinician, a model or an agent acts on one, it proves the record is sourced, consented, current and scored, and keeps the receipt. Nothing of yours moves. The score does.
The record
Data Trust Index: every record scored 0 to 100 before a model or an agent touches it.
Eight dimensions: provenance, consent, recency, quality, concordance, validation, breadth and stability. The score resolves to a tier, Platinum to Fails, so a compliance officer and an engineer read the same number the same way.
The record stays where it already lives. The score travels with it.

The agent
VIGIL: the agent scored while it works.
The Behavioral Integrity Index reads four signals: score inflation, config tampering, alignment faking and unauthorized asset movement. Every output passes one of four gates, PASS, HOLD, ALERT or COLLAPSE, and lands in a sealed log.
Nothing you told the agent moves. The event does, into the log; a HOLD or worse pauses the agent for a human.

LEDGER: clearing and settlement for the records DTI has scored.
DTI is the authorization step. LEDGER is the clearing: who may act on a scored record, for what, on the record. Truth Units are the settlement, so value flows back to the people and institutions whose records earned the score. LEDGER is in development and is not sold today.
