No data movement

Your records stay where they already live, Databricks, Snowflake or whatever you run. SuperTruth scores them there and never copies them out; the score comes back to you. Your storage costs don’t change.

No per-seat fees

Everyone at your organization who needs trust data gets it. Pricing scales with record volume, not headcount.

No lock-in

Scores travel with every record. If you ever leave, your data is already scored, permanently.

What counts as a "record"?

Any single health data object scored by the DTI™ engine: a patient record, a lab result, a claims document, a wearable reading. Records are counted at ingestion, not per query.

Do I pay for records that score below the DTI floor?

No. Records that fail the minimum trust threshold are flagged and do not count against your monthly volume.

Is the pilot really free?

Yes. One source, 10,000 records, 30 days. No credit card. We want you to see real scores on your real data before any commercial conversation.

What is the difference between Departmental and Enterprise?

Source count and record volume. Departmental is one use case: provider credentialing, clinical trial prep, payer analytics. Enterprise is the full platform across departments with white-label and SLA options.

Can we start with a pilot and upgrade?

Yes. Pilot data and scores carry forward. You do not re-ingest.
