# SuperTruth

> SuperTruth is the trust layer underneath healthcare data and AI. The Data Trust Index (DTI) scores every health data record 0-100 across eight dimensions. DTI scores the record, not the patient: it is the authorization step in a clearinghouse for health data, in the Visa sense. SuperTruth is not a warehouse, not an EHR, not a cloud platform. It is the verification layer that proves data is accurate, consented, and current before any model or decision touches it.

## The One Sentence That Matters

DTI scores the record, not the patient. Provenance, consent, recency, and concordance are properties of a data artifact, not attributes of a person. Nothing in the score judges, rates, or follows a human being.

## The Clearinghouse Frame

SuperTruth is the clearinghouse for health data, in the Visa sense rather than the claims sense. Visa does not lend you money and never holds your account; it decides in the moment whether a transaction can be trusted, and it keeps the record. DTI is the authorization step. The Ledger is the clearing. Truth Units are the settlement. Unlike a claims clearinghouse, SuperTruth never takes custody of the record: zero-copy means the data stays where it lives.

## What SuperTruth Is

SuperTruth builds the trust infrastructure between raw health data and the AI systems, researchers, and institutions that depend on it. The core product is the Data Trust Index, a patented scoring algorithm that evaluates every health data record across eight dimensions: Provenance (25%), Consent (20%), Recency (15%), Quality (10%), Concordance (10%), Validation (10%), Breadth (5%), and Stability (5%).

The score travels with every record permanently. It does not disappear when data moves downstream.

- **Bronze (55-69):** Exploratory. Useful for discovery. Remediation required before clinical use.
- **Silver (70-79):** Operational-grade. Fit for analytics and population health.
- **Gold (80-89):** Clinical-grade. Suitable for patient-facing AI and institutional models.
- **Platinum (90+):** Regulatory-grade. Suitable for clinical decision support.

Every measured value carries a named source and a date. VIOLET does not record what users search.
- **DataSpine**: The sourced record of every place in the United States, run by SuperTruth: 804 attributes in nine categories (economics 266, health 161, demographics 108, environment 73, housing 71, education 41, psychographics 32, food 29, technology 23) from 102 live public sources (Census, BLS, BEA, IRS, FDIC, FCC, Ookla, HUD, Zillow, Redfin, EIA, NOAA, EPA, USDA, MIT Election Lab, US Religion Census, Opportunity Insights, IMLS, NCES, CDC, NCHS, HRSA, CMS, County Health Rankings), joined on one code across 331,007 geographies from the nation to the block group. 11,220,406 sourced data points (8 Sep 2026). Every value carries its source and its vintage; prior vintages stay on file (?vintage=YYYY). Health is one of nine categories; the Gauntlet's county figures come from it. A county's record returns usually in about 200 milliseconds. "Not on file" where a source holds no figure; filled or synthetic values are labeled. No person in it.

## The Proof

The homepage carries a live demonstration ("Same question. Four systems. Live."): the same county-level health question is answered by SuperTruth's DataSpine with a sourced, dated, replayable value in under a second, alongside recorded answers from general-purpose AI assistants that answer from memory, with no figure traceable to a row. The demonstration never fabricates: when DataSpine does not hold an attribute for a geography, it says so.
